Solar Power

A snapshot of my day between the hours of 1130 and 1330 follows...........

1130   hear about a group of Zombies going to the pool
1131   decide to join them
1133   catch the SLOW little shuttle bus heading toward the pool
1151  have traveled maybe 1.2 miles and arrive in the vicinity of the pool
1153  pass through the Ugandan security detail with my cool blue beach towel  (pretty sure they were super jealous)
1155  signed in, gotten water, found other Zombies
1157  spray copious amounts of sunscreen on my skin
1157.5  start to cook; hear on radio it is 92 degrees
1159   look at  biki  scenery
1215  reapply sunscreen
1250  more sunscreen ("for the love of God, man, pass the sunscreen!")
1315  have pretty good idea of how microwave would feel
1320  admit defeat and prepare to leave
1330 ride suttle bus back to chu and wonderful ac

My current estimate is 17% of body slightly pink and tender.  That is not sunburn.  That is simply starting a good base.  I am a professional; I know what I am doing when it comes to the sun.
