Workout Change

As my core temperature hit 230 degrees in the gym this morning I had a revelation.  No more weights, eliptical, treadmill, or bike for me.  I am going to just walk in, lie on the floor for a half hour and sweat off 3-5 pounds of water weight.  Bam!   That's the new plan, folks.  It could be the next big thing in fitness.

Things to do today:
* stamp out evil
* go to PX
* get a pedicure
* drink 5-7 one liter bottles of water
* resist pizza at the chow hall
* use the word cow randomly throughout the day
